Subject: Formal meeting with the National
Executive members of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association.
Sir,
In response to our letter No: -
AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2013/60 dated 11/01/2013 on the above mentioned subject, we were
informally conveyed that, you have kindly agreed to convene formal meeting
jointly with the National Executive Members of All India Civil Accounts
Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association
Category-II in the month of April 2013.
It was requested by us through our
above letter to convey us the date of the meeting atleast a fortnight ahead so
that our outstation National Executive Members could procure the to and fro journey
reservations for them.
Since the month of April 2013 has
already started, I request you to kindly fix date for the meeting at your
convenience and direct your office to kindly inform us the date.
