bearers/women committee members/Delegates being entitled to Special Causal
Leave for attending the meeting as per rule, the heads of the departments are
reqeusted kindly to direct their administration not to raise unnecessary objection/obstruction
in granting Special Causal Leave. In case they do not know the rules, they may be
advised either to approach appropriate officer in the office of Controller
General of Accounts or Central headquarter of All India Civil Accounts
Employees Association.
