RED SALUTE: COM. I.S.BILTORIA With profound sorrow, we would like to inform all that Com. I. S. Biltoria, ex-Additional Secretary General, All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and ex-Branch Secretary, All India Civil Accounts Employees Association, Delhi Branch expired on 10th January 2015. He had retired from service in the year 1998. He was suffering from various age related ailments.   A Condolence meeting was organised by the NFCAA headquarters in the Central Office of the AICAEA, New Delhi on 23rd January 2015. Com. S. Bandyopadhyay, ex- Finance Secretary and Permanent invitee presided over the Meeting. Com. A. K. Mehta, N.K. Sharma and Com. V.Bhattacharjee  spoke about the sacrifices of Com.
