NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the provisions under Article 10 (Part-II) of the
Constitution of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Cat-II, it is
hereby notified that, in terms of the Articles 9, 10, 11 and 12 (Part-II) of
the Constitution, the 7th Central Working Committee Meeting of the
All India Civil Accounts Employees Association will be held at Jaipur on 17th
and 18th December 2016.
PART- A
Venue: - The Venue of the meeting and accommodation
for the Delegates will be:-
ADARSH HITKARNI
TRUST,SEWA SADAN
NEAR KRISHNA
TEMPLE 20, DOOKAN
ADARSH
NAGAR JAIPUR
The place is approximately 5(five) Kms away from Jaipur Railway Station
Composition of the Central Working Committee: - Composition of the Central Working Committee will be as defined
in the Article -9 (a) (Part-II) of the Constitution. All National Executive
Members, all Branch Secretaries or any accredited member of the Branches are
the Delegates for Central Working Committee. All the delegates should ensure
before the commencement of the Central Working Committee Meeting that, Headquarter
Quota upto October 2016 has been deducted and remitted to Central
Headquarter by the concerned DDOs of the Branch they are representing.
Arrival of delegates: - Delegates
should reach Jaipur by the evening of 16th December 2016 so that the
preparatory meetings and the main CWC meeting could start at the scheduled time
on 17th December 2016
Intimation about Arrival: - Branch
Secretaries are requested to send the name(s) of the Delegates/ Observers and
date of their arrival at Cochin along-with Train No. etc to any of the
following-
1. Com. Harimohan Meena, Branch President and Chairman Reception
Committee- 9983762166(M)
2. Com. Ravi Shankar Tank (Asstt. Secretary
General, AICAEA), Branch Secretary and Convener, Reception Committee -
9446047688 (M).
PART- B
Delegate Fee: - Delegate
Fee will be Rs.700/- (Rupees seven hundred only) per Delegate/ Observer/visitor
and it will cover the food and lodging of the Delegate/ Observer/ visitor while
at Jaipur.
Accommodation: - Accommodation
for the stay of the delegates will be the venue of the CWC Meeting. Separate accommodation
for Women Committee Members will be provided in the venue itself.
Agenda: - Following will be agenda
for the 7th Central Working Committee Meeting.
1. Review of the position of organization since 6th Central Working
Committee Meeting.
2. Review of the financial position of the Organization.
3. Review of the functioning of Organization -- Central
Headquarter, Branches
4. 7th CPC and our position.
5. Non settlement of
Departmental demands by Civil Accounts authorities and next course of action to
be taken.
6. Common movement and call of Confederation - participation
regarding.
7. Common demands of Accounts and Audit Employees and Officers and implementation
of decisions of JAC
8. Any other items with the permission of chair.
Resolution: - If
any Branch wishes to move any resolution(s) or proposal, it should forward such
document to Central Headquarter before 30th November 2016
PART- C
Special casual leave: - As
per Government of India instructions, all the delegates will be entitled to
special casual leave (including journey period).
The Part-A portion of this Notification has been forwarded to
CGA and endorsed to all the Heads of the Departments. Hence, the delegates
are to apply for Special Casual leave by referring the notification no. and
date and proceed to Central Working Committee Meeting without waiting for
the sanction order of Special Casual leave.
However, they are to apply for Special Casual leave in advance.

information of all that the meeting of National Executive of All India Civil
Accounts Employees Association Category II will
be held at Jaipur on 17h December, 2016 at ADARSH
HITKARNI TRUST, SEWA SADAN, NEAR KRISHNA TEMPLE, 20 DOOKAN, ADARSH NAGAR,
JAIPUR to discuss the following items of agenda-
1. Review of the decisions of last meeting.
2.
Departmental
demands.
3.
Organisational
review.
4.
Review of the
role of Association in the working class movement
5.
Misc. if any with
the permission of the chair.
6.
Review for
preparation of next CWC meeting
All national Executive members are
requested to attend the meeting without fail.
